Brought in for warranty service Warranty service went much quicker than was estimated. Was provided a loaner vehicle, which I appreciated. Drop off went like a well oiled machine. Upon pickup I brought loaner inside, was the only customer at that moment and the paperwork was done quickly. My mistake was accepting a car wash before I left. Other customers arrived and no one brought me the keys to my vehicle so I could leave. After waiting in the reception area for 15 minutes looking at my washed car parked outside the door I went into the service dept. and stood there for another 10 minutes before I was given my keys to leave. It had become very busy... but really? Now I have to take my vehicle back because every time I put my car in gear I now get a chirping sound. It's just annoying. More

Very willing to work with us Went in for regular oil change & tire rotation, then found out right away that the car needed the coolant rinsed & refilled.
