Very good service was promised to be completed in about 1 hour but was done in about 20 minutes. Service included oil change and tire rotation. The lowest labor rate at Toyota seems to have increased from $90/hr to $114/hr. This is expensive and may influence where I take my Toyota for service! The discount coupon helped. The hourly rate is too high for the level of work performed. The service was great just expensive! I know we need to pay for the "free" popcorn and drinks, but $114/hr seems too high for an oil change, oil filter, air filter, installation and quick checks and inspection. You need a lower hourly rate for simple service work. More

My only “complaint” is the furniture in the waiting area is very uncomfortable, hard for seniors to get up and down on sofas and most of the chairs are really not comfortable. Toilets in bathroom stalls are too low for seniors with nothing to grab to assist to get up and down. More
