The car I brought in had been recently passed down to me by my father, and Brandon took the time to go over the details of the service agreement I had been grandfathered into by my father. This was in addition to him training a new recruit. The entire service took approximately an hour. They must have received a part for the broken car wash, because despite being told it was broken when I entered, my car was clean on exit. I wouldn't have known otherwise if they didn't run it through the wash. More
