I have been looking for a new vehicle and have delt with a few dealerships, both local and on-line. Usually, you ask about a car and they begin to pressure you to decide right then or if it's over the phon a few dealerships, both local and on-line. One way or the other, they give you a quick few minutes and then they're done with you. I thought dealerships were all that way until I came acrossed Perfect Auto Collection and spoke with Specialist Stella Stevens. I found someone who is interested in actually helping me find the vehicle that's right for me! Not in just an hour, not necessarily just today or this week, but - 'in whatever time it takes to find the right one!'. That's a quote! She has clear goals, not ploys! She indicated that Perfect Auto Collection takes pride in what they offer and in helping you find the one you actually want. She didn't say that, she has done that, with no pressure! That really is refreshing and Stella Stevens, who is an Information Specialist, has been so patient with me. Shortly after I started looking, I had a medical issue surface and decided to pause for a short time. Ms Stevens told me not worry, get well and she'd still be here when I was ready! Perfect Auto Collection was fantastic to deal with. I live over 2hrs away and so driving up to check it out wasn't very feasible to find out if I truly wanted it. To earn my trust Dennis and Ameer went a live over 2hrs away and so driving up to check it out wasn't very feasible to find out if I truly wanted it. To earn my trust Dennis and Ameer went above and beyond by taking extra pictures, a video call with me to show me the car in real time looking at points of interest for me and even starting it up. Once I decided to come up they took a deposit and held the car for me for a week while I got my affairs in order to make a trip up. I arrived and car was detailed and ready to go for a test drive. I decided to pull the trigger and the deal was done within an hour. I did go up with my own financing already so that does tend to make the final stages of the deal go even faster. I will definitely buy again from these guys and gals at Perfect Auto Collection. Thank you all for the fantastic service and the car is absolutely PERFECT! More

The car is amazing pricing is good Ron was very responsive to all my questions at start of the sale. I wanted to add GAP insurance and offered to pay out of pocket the few hundred bucks was told I responsive to all my questions at start of the sale. The day I received it I also had to replace a secondary 250.00 battery and I was assured that there were no warning lights on dash. The car is great service was great but always room for improvement. During the sale I was -provided excellent service, once I left after picking up vehicle and I had an issue, I sent emails with pictures to sales manager, accounting manager and sales rep with no response . I waited 8 days , talked with receptionist and asked for contact and no one ever responded. Not happy with how this transaction ended. What started as a 5 star transaction ended in a 1 star review.
