Prompt communication via email and phone, and I then drove from PA to look at the car I wanted. Friendly, helpful, no-pressure experience on-site, with helpful, courteous input (during an additional requested test drive) from the service manager when I had a detailed question about the car. I am relieved and grateful for such a positive experience and outcome, and very happy with the car. Thank you! More
