Took my truck in for the usual oil change and tire rotation… While starting the paperwork I talked to Bino my service writer…. Told him I’ve been smelling antifreeze and knew of a possible tsb on the rotation… While starting the paperwork I talked to Bino my service writer…. Told him I’ve been smelling antifreeze and knew of a possible tsb on the radiator hose…. He said sure we’ll check it out…. 10 minutes later he said yup my guys pressure tested it and there’s a leak… We will replace the hose under warranty…. They replaced the hose… did the oil and filter…. And rotated my tires and I was outa there in less than 2 hours…. The service there has always been exemplary…. I will always continue to trust them with serviicing my truck…. Joanna the service receptionist was fantastic as well…. And my truck… which I took in dirty was washed and looked incredible when they bought it out…. You can ask for better service… I’m very happy with them and the services they provided…. I hope the management sees these reviews so they can pass along a job well done More
I brought my 2025 Buick Envision in for 1st service & was most impressed by Andy Abdenour. He was professional, friendly, and best of all explained service details so that I was able to understand the mainte most impressed by Andy Abdenour. He was professional, friendly, and best of all explained service details so that I was able to understand the maintenance schedule for the life of the car. All of this was accomplished in a timely & courteous manner. The service department did a great job and Andy was the best! More

They took advantage of me and my husband I trade in 2019 Hyundai with less then 15k miles,they told us we had to give them first pymt,when we didn't have to bc of equity in our car,now it has not been a yr Hyundai with less then 15k miles,they told us we had to give them first pymt,when we didn't have to bc of equity in our car,now it has not been a yr since we leased 2023 GMC Acadia we had brake issues,radio and phone glitch now 6/9/24 we have a Check Engine light ,took it in they said they need to order some part,I told them I don't want a car with problems it's not reliable my husband has heart issues if I wanted a car with problems I would have brought a used car I want out of this lease agreement it's not my fault I pay on time I don't need this,not once has they offer a loaner to use not once did they say we can help you,not onceim done my nerves is bad and I'm depressed, I feel like they took advantage of us bc we had no knowledge about leasing my son wasn't with us I'm just want out of this nightmare....Catherine Alexander More
