I had the worst experience with this dealership in many ways. I traded in my vehicle which had a payoff amount and after 18 days they still have not paid it off and I got charged another payment. In additi ways. I traded in my vehicle which had a payoff amount and after 18 days they still have not paid it off and I got charged another payment. In addition the vehicle came with tire damage and chipped paint which was all agreed-upon and has yet to be resolved 30 days later. Not one call and I’ve called and have been promised that someone will get back to me. The temporary plate that they gave me expired on September 25th and I’ve placed numerous calls -three to be exact including one today October 3, 2026 to the dealership direct because the Anthony the Sales Manager has only promised me resolve but still has not delivered. I just placed the call to the Gen Manager who wasn’t available and I expressed all of the disappointments and we’ll see if I get a phone call back More

I brought my car in for a oil change (wonderful that it is free with the car purchase) and I needed my ac fixed, as well as back brakes. I dropped it off at 8:15AM. I gave the number of my husband as conta is free with the car purchase) and I needed my ac fixed, as well as back brakes. I dropped it off at 8:15AM. I gave the number of my husband as contact, as I cannot take calls during the workday. They did not call. My husband called twice after 12 noon to get an estimate for the work. They said they were checking the warranty. My car did not have a warranty. I mentioned that in the morning at drop off and it is clearly written on my record. Long story short, I went to get my car at 4PM and there was no estimate and no work done aside from the oil change. When I arrived to pick up, the associate was busy, so they had me go to the waiting room. Not a problem! Clearly, they forgot I was there. After 20 minutes, I went to the service area, and they had no information for me. No estimate or no information at all about the concerns. I asked for an estimate for the ac and after about 10 minutes, they came up with a number that was over $2000. The estimate for the part was $865 when it is available for purchase for $365. Way too much! The manager said he would work out the estimate but at this point, I was there for almost an hour and needed to leave. He was to send me a new updated estimate. This was not received - and it has been a week since I went in for repair. So disappointing! Not so much the cost - which is way too high, but the idea that they were busy chatting with each other, eating cookies, and forgot that I was even in the waiting room. They also said that they talked to my dad (a mistake) and he wanted an itemized estimate. My husband asked for an estimate for the brakes and the ac separate. Not a laundry list of items. Ultimately it was just a frustrating experience, and I still need breaks and ac. I would caution anyone, especially a woman, against using their service department. More
