Great service but slow. I had a 9am appt for an oil change and tire rotation. It appeared my appt wasn’t in the system. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half and it took 2 hours. Dealer was very courteous upon arrival at getting myself and vehicle checked in. The service scheduled was completed within the estimated time. They lug nuts were tightened enough that they would not have loosened, but were not torqued to factory specs. More
