Found the vehicle of my dreams online, put in an inquiry, within minutes drew hagg was contacting me. John Gerlach was an awesome salesman. His friendly personality put us at a ease. We had called ahead and talked with John and advised him that we were coming from Mansfield that we planned to purchase personality put us at a ease. They were considerate from the time we arrived till we left with are new Dodge Ram 1500 crew cab Longhorn. We love it! We had set 3 appointments that day to review different dealerships (Performance used to be Trader Bud's (we purchased are last truck) (which we still own) 13 years ago from Trader Bud's).However, once we arrived and met with John we just felt a peace about this purchase. We would have liked the price to be lower,(who doesn't) but we felt paying a few hundred dollars more (than what was in our minds)was well worth the kindness and unique understanding we got from the dealership!!They made purchasing this vehicle somewhat enjoyable...Something we have not felt in a long time. Brad Murfield is are finance person he made this process quick and easy, (it didn't hurt that we had the best credit score they had ever seen).
