2 hr drive, 100+ miles, EACH WAY, for nothing! Arrived at 8 am (I left home at 6 am,) for a scheduled install and oh we're sorry, the box was damaged in shipping and parts are missing. They scheduled when it arrived a week prior to my appointment. And now, they'll need to reorder. So 1/2 day minimum wasted, special arrangements made to make the trip, $4.25/ gallon gas. And I got a 'sorry'. Cannot recommend this dealership because it's not even like they give better pricing or any special service. Not even apology from any managers. Just a sorry from the service writer. It can't get much worse folks. Take your money elsewhere. More

I just took my Jeep there to have an oil change. The coupon from THEIR website was $29.95. I was told they did not honor that coupon. My "cabin filter" was replaced because of the mileage on my car. I looked the price up on my internet and what I was charged was more than double the price on the internet. Overall, my oil change plus the cabin filter came to $186.00. Pleasant staff but, I can't afford that price. More
