After making this review the service engine soon light also came on. I called and left a message with the service director Alex Prats. He NEVER responded, but was nice enough to leave me in the hands with Jake the service advisor who told us the lights would turn off the first time. We were told the service engine soon light & tire was related to anything they did when they had it the first time even though the tire pressure worked when we dropped it off and not when we picked it up. I asked about the key fob not working and they of course forgot to get any updates from the person working on it and he leaves at 4:30 (Jake called me at 5). 2 days went by with no word from Jake who had given me his ext to ensure I wasn't upset by the lack of communication. 2.5 hrs after leaving a mesaage on a Friday afternoon I call the service dept to find no one answering the phone. When I get Sales to get someone on the phone I find out my car has already been done, but no one was bothering to contact me. I would not recommend a Dodge to anyone. If 3 issues unrelated costing hundreds of dollars can happen in a month on a 5 hr old vehicle I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Seriously, You can pay for the damage the service dept neglected to see and fix. Unfortunately the only thing this company cares about money. You should be ashamed of yourself for your Jeepland service dept. You put my family in danger for your neglectfulness.
