I have written a previous review related to my purchase of a used RAM 2500 on January 5th. After 4 days and less than 500 miles I was stuck in 4th gear (part of recall repair that was performed about Dec 2 of a used RAM 2500 on January 5th. After 4 days and less than 500 miles I was stuck in 4th gear (part of recall repair that was performed about Dec 29th), vehicle wouldn’t shut off, including being able to remove the key while engine was running (they replaced the RF hub and wiring harness). After contacting Jacob, he said I could just take the vehicle to my local dealer and they should be able to address the problem. Now (Jan 26th when I checked) Carfax shows repairs done on January 15th, 10 days after I purchased the vehicle. What’s important is that one of the issues was a “No start/hard start” problem. Why did it take 10 days for this to be entered when a previous repair was entered on Jan 4th? I have text messages the repairs were done end of December, NOT in January. Long story short now I get no returned calls, my RAM has a wiring issue and not getting any help from my contacts. My local dealer believes it’s relate to their repair, but have not yet figured out the problem. Were the codes cleared for a quick sale? Why would they wait to enter a repair for more than 15 days? Why are there still outstanding recalls (as of January 22nd) after the dealer said they were done end of December? Update March 6, 2021. It's been 2 months now and I need to follow up on my experience. 1) I repeatedly asked about any repairs, parts and work done on the vehicle and was told the only service was an oil change and the recalls that were outstanding. 2) I later discovered that one of the easier recalls, two spot welds, had NOT been performed and the dealer experienced a no-start issue and they replaced the RF Hub and a "wiring harness" I did have the recall done. The lack of thoroughness I consider sloppy specifically since I was told the recall was complete, but more importantly I was also told before purchase that service was too busy to perform the welds and I ended up waited several extra days for the weld to be completed. Next is the No Start/Hard Start issue. I was never told any additional repairs were done. Further this was an electrical problem that I know was not completely resolved because I had a No Start issue 3 days after purchase and no less than 7 additional no-starts over the course of 6 weeks. Without going into all the details of two separate trips to my local dealer service department all I can say is it's very important to make sure all service that was done, correctly or not, need to be disclosed when asked. I repeatedly asked and was assured over and over that nothing was wrong and no service beyond the recalls and oil were done. More

So impressed! I stopped by Performance CJDR, to just inquire about a random problem I was having with my Jeep. I had never been there before, so was not sure what to expect. Andrew Littman, the service Mgr., greeted me pleasantly, listened to my concern/issue, and showed me what fix would include, and then they repaired my Jeep right then and there!! It was done in less than an hour, under estimate, and even sent a video to my phone of repair! I'm totally blown away with their service, friendliness, and professionalism. I highly recommend. Good result. Fast and complete. Phone contact is difficult. Phone not answered. When answered transfer to the correct extension not offered. Was told to call a different number. Dealership quoted one price in an email to me but wouldn’t make good on their word. The price in the email from my sales person said it was parts and labor included but when I showed up, the service wouldn’t make good on their word. He said he would call and text the sales guy who quoted it. After 40 minutes the service writer came and said well I text and called him but he didn’t write back or call back. During my purchase I was at the dealer from 11 am until 6pm and then had to return because they never gave back my license. I asked him, “you are not going to make me wait around all day because he won’t respond, you saw the email and I don’t want to be here all day.” He said he understood and walked away. When I went to leave, the service write said it was going to be $400 more than my written quote. He said the sales man would need to make it right. I talked to him and he said that was the price provided to him by the service manager and he couldn’t help with it. I went back to pay and the service righter asked if the sales guy made it right and I said no. He asked if he could get the manager, so that he could make it right and he chased him down. The manager came out and acted like he didn’t know what was going on but the service guy had already told him. I showed him the email and explained the entire thing to him. He said that the parts were more than $300 and that someone messed up and the price was $750 but he was going to make it right by giving it to me for $618. I explained that he was going to lose a customer for life and any fit sales from my friends and family because he was choosing to make $400 off of me, rather than do what was right. He got mad and stormed off. I then went to ring out and he came back and said ,”what can I do to make this right?” I explained he needed to honor his written quote and he got mad and loud stating that I signed up for $750 bill when I told them to start my work. Unfortunately I didn’t sign any quote or was told it would be that much. I explained that and he got even more upset. I explained once again that he was losing my business forever over $400 and asked if he was ok with that and he stormed off. Very unprofessional. Not only did he not honor his word, he treated his customer poorly and treated me like I was an idiot and then when he got mad, he stomped off to his office. I’ll never do business with the dealership again. I can only imagine what they would do if it was a woman, they probably wouldn’t have even given them “the deal.” Very sad. More
