Zero Customer Service This dealership has no customer service skills. I had just recently moved to the area from out of state and chose the dealer strictly based on locatio This dealership has no customer service skills. I had just recently moved to the area from out of state and chose the dealer strictly based on location as I had an issue with my locks not working on my jeep. I called the phone number listed on THEIR website for a whole hour (during their listed open hours) and no one answered the phone. When someone at the reception desk answered, she forwarded me to service to schedule an appointment, and guess what? No answer. I drove down to the dealer to schedule an appointment where they did not listen to the issue I was having and instead insisted I make an appointment (at the convenience of their schedule, not mine) before they would listen to the issue/take a look at my vehicle. They did not offer me service times and the soonest they could get me in was nearly two weeks away. For a fix that would take 20 minutes!! (I had already called my old dealer by this point who had heard of this issue and told me it was a quick fix). I had a new issue upon getting my car back from this dealer and when I called them to she duke yet another appointment, I was forwarded to service and kept getting voicemail. The messages I left were all unanswered. Yet a week later I get a call from their New Sales department saying I had requested information on a new vehicle. Their is no organization at this establishment and they do not know how to take care of or follow up with their customers. I will NOT be coming back. More
Let me start off with my first experience. I bought a used car through performance dodge. They completely screwed up my paperwork and I had to return the car. I then went back 1-3 years later. My father had just bought a car from them & said they changed. I went back to dodge & they told me they had new management & was better than before. Go figure I trusted them. Well I ended up buying a used 2012 dodge avenger from them. I have had the car for a year. I already had it in once for transmission issues. Dodge procceeded to tell me it was fixed. They had my car for a week and a half. I picked up my car. My car was doing good til about a month ago now. I am now having transmission issues AGAIN!! I take it back to dodge. They had my car for 3 days this time & called me saying they did not find anything wrong with it. I picked up my car. They scratched my car while they had it. I went to drive it off the lot and go figure it was acting up... This place is worthless. I would not recommend them to anyone !!!! More
We bought a used 2013 Dodge Avenger for our son and brought it to Performance CJD to perform 30k miles and have the vehicle inspected. Our service adviser was Phil Kemmerling. Setting up the appointm brought it to Performance CJD to perform 30k miles and have the vehicle inspected. Our service adviser was Phil Kemmerling. Setting up the appointment by phone was very easy and they were very flexible in terms of finding a time slot on weekend to have the car serviced. They did not try to up-sale or push any "recommended" services in advance. They inspected the car, found no problems and just performed the services recommended by the manufacturer. The price was fair for a 30k miles, the car was promptly delivered and washed. Overall, everything was as expected and the quality of work was good. More
i currently have a 2012 dodge advenger se that has been sitting on there lot since 2 weeks before Christmas and still is there. i have a warranty through enterprise that said to take it in to them have it sitting on there lot since 2 weeks before Christmas and still is there. i have a warranty through enterprise that said to take it in to them have it fixed and they would cover it. well 3 days after it had been there i received a call stating that there was nothing wrong with the car but he would have the engine guy take it apart to farther assess the situation that being said they still didn't know what was wrong with it the car wont get over 125 degrees so the heat doesn't get hot and actually blows out cold air on the passenger side. that being said tim just called me today 1/21/14 very rude with me stating that i needed to return my rental that they provided me with and that my car has not been fixed. he told me he had contacted enterprise and that they denied to have it fixed said he was going to call them again after we got off the phone. i waited 10 min called enterprise and talked to the person he said he would contact again and he said he has not heard a word from any one at performance so still i sit with their rental and our car not fixed although i am very happy with the 2013 dart that they provided us our car is still yet not fixed nor resolved. i do not recommend any one to use preformances service department for any reason More
Probably the worst service experience I can say I ever had. Aside from telling me they changed my oil and later finding it never happened. I have been here 5 times to try and fix a stalling issue with a 5.7 HEMI. The service staff is absolutely clueless-if it were up to me, they wouldn't have jobs. Les in service is by far the worst. Try asking him a question about service and I swear you would be better off asking the receptionist. In addition to Les, Mark Adkins the Service manager is a waste of space. Good luck getting an email response, or even a call back. Show up in person and he runs into the back room and hides! Awful Awful experience. Will NEVER go back again. Plan to spread the word too. Buy a vehicle elsewhere, like Carriage Town in Delaware or Crown Jeep of Dublin....Stay clear away from Performance. More
I purchased a Jeep Commander a year ago, and I thought if I took my car to a Jeep dealer I would receive the best service. Was I wrong!! I have had my car there twice for the same issues that they keep faili I took my car to a Jeep dealer I would receive the best service. Was I wrong!! I have had my car there twice for the same issues that they keep failing to fix, yet continue to charge me & my warranty company for sevices they have yet to fix. NEVER will I take my car to this location again. The incompitence of these mechanics amaze me. The first time we reveiced our car back, we went to put gas in and the mechanism you put the nozzle in was missing. Terrible customer care by this service department!! Regards, J.Clifton More
I don't recommend the service deparment. I took our van into service for a noise under the hood. After spending $500 to fix the noise, it is still there. They would not negotiate a partial refund.
