Terrible experience. I came in to sell my Ford Bronco Sport and was offered $21,500 by a staff member named Dana. We scheduled the sale for the next morning. After waitin I came in to sell my Ford Bronco Sport and was offered $21,500 by a staff member named Dana. We scheduled the sale for the next morning. After waiting over 2 hours, another manager told us the owners weren’t there to sign the check — but confirmed the price. They rescheduled for Monday and promised everything would be ready. After waiting again, the paperwork showed a different amount: $20,516. When asked why the price changed, they claimed we “misunderstood” the original offer. This was dishonest and unprofessional. We wasted 3 days, hours each time. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership — whether buying or selling. More
