I am happy with the car, but would leave a 0/5 for customer service if I could. I confirmed an "Out the Door" price 3 separate times with the sales agent that the manager then reneged on, charing me $ customer service if I could. The staff then mishandled a situation with my state of residence, resulting in needing to wait over 3 months to get my license plate tags. During the wait, I was told at least 4 times that I'd have my plates within "X" amount of days, which didn't happen. More

xxxxxxxx operation. ..took my Ram 1500 there for diagnostics and repair and after checking and tearing it down, they determined the engine was bad and stuck it outside. T ..took my Ram 1500 there for diagnostics and repair and after checking and tearing it down, they determined the engine was bad and stuck it outside. They called me and I went in to get the news and pay the bill....after telling me what they did and said what they said, I paid $1250 and thhey offered to buy it for $1000....I said I will tow it out...I went and opened the hood and they never reassembled what they took apart. I complained about it and the Manager came out and told me it would cost me more money for them to reassemble what they disassembled, which is total xxxxxxxx. So after towing it out and took it to another mechanic, they put it back together and changed the transmission valve body and fluids and reprogrammed it and the truck runs like a top. Misdiagnosis and telling me I need a new engine is unexceptable especially with only 50K on engine, so with that I will never go there again nor will I tell anyone to go there....what mechanic takes an engine apart without putting back together, reguardless of the outcome...I will be in the market for another Ram soon but it won't be there!!! More

Terrible experience. I came in to sell my Ford Bronco Sport and was offered $21,500 by a staff member named Dana. We scheduled the sale for the next morning. After waitin I came in to sell my Ford Bronco Sport and was offered $21,500 by a staff member named Dana. We scheduled the sale for the next morning. After waiting over 2 hours, another manager told us the owners weren’t there to sign the check — but confirmed the price. They rescheduled for Monday and promised everything would be ready. After waiting again, the paperwork showed a different amount: $20,516. When asked why the price changed, they claimed we “misunderstood” the original offer. This was dishonest and unprofessional. We wasted 3 days, hours each time. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership — whether buying or selling. More
