I’m from out of town and stopped there while traveling on business through the area with a co-worker. Before traveling we picked up our office’s vehicle from a dealership in Baton Rouge because it was making business through the area with a co-worker. Before traveling we picked up our office’s vehicle from a dealership in Baton Rouge because it was making a loud scraping noise. The BR dealership said something was loose and rubbing and reported they fixed it. NOT. While driving the sound returned and although it was 3pm on a Friday afternoon, Performance Dodge brought us straight in, put it on the rack, and correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem of a missing bolt the other dealership had failed to replace. They had us safely back on the road in no time with their personal phone numbers in hand in case we ever had any additional problems.
