great service department I made the mistake of not buying from this dealer a few years back and very recently had an issue with a radio update and my radio fried and never cam I made the mistake of not buying from this dealer a few years back and very recently had an issue with a radio update and my radio fried and never came back. I went to another dealer who was unwilling to help me. I then went to performance and worked with Jorge who was great from day 1, got me in communicated well, worked with Chrysler and got me my replacement radio and hit it installed in under 3 hours. the service department is friendly and will work with you. I would highly recommend them and will be visiting their sales team when I purchase my next time, thanks again for fixing this for me. More

Unprofessional Came in for engine check light and a few minor things (so I thought). Was told I needed some major work done and would cost a few thousand dollars. Pushy front end estimator, way too pushy added everything he could think of! And I have no idea why you would put customers on speaker phone with other customers in the room. Long story short out of everything he said I needed I only needed 1 thing done and he also missed that my water pump was leaking! Charged twice for diagnostic check. I brought it up and nothing, like I was stupid. So with this said, I will never go back! More
