Worst Customer Service! Purchased a 2015 Ram just 7 months ago with 29,000 k on it. at 37,000 the Fuel pump Module fails and they want me to fork out $575.00 because I'm ou Purchased a 2015 Ram just 7 months ago with 29,000 k on it. at 37,000 the Fuel pump Module fails and they want me to fork out $575.00 because I'm out of warranty. Out of warranty?? Only 1000 miles out of warranty and only had the truck 7 months and they want me to pay for it. Well after debating it they decided to pay for the labor which still ended up costing me $375.00. That's Crazy! Customer service would have been them paying for the entire job since I was a new customer , I even went to them for all my oil changes. I haven't owned an American vehicle for over 31 years and never had an issue like this with any of the imports I purchased since then. the moral to this story is, The American vehicles especially Dodge can not match the craftsmanship of the imports. I should have known better. Anybody looking to buy a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500?? It;s going on the market. I'm going back to my imports. More

You would not believe what I have been through with them. Lou is a real piece of work! Frank?!?!?! Not sure why he is still there! Apparently they don't read the reviews. Im not sure how the average salesperson can work there as well. If they are smart they will RUN RUN RUN. When you receive email from Performance Dodge, it isn't even from them! They use services who keep emailing even after you purchased the vehicle! Maybe that should have been a warning! Even the How was our services emails! Another Service! Apparently why they have no clue to what is going on. Then try to contact DODGE/FIAT! Good Luck with that one! Was a very bad experience, and we are repeat buyers! NOT ANYMORE! Do NOT believe anything he says.We bought TWO vehicles in less than a month. He makes empty promises he doesn't keep. When its time to sign he renigs on all promises. Be careful when you trade in a vehicle. The used vehicle I purchased still had all the previous owners personal papers in the glove box. Receipts with the previous owners name, address, and phone #. The Bluetooth phone info included all the previous owners contacts and the navigation still had her home address and past destinations. This dealership does not value their customers or their personal privacy. A week after we signed the paperwork we received a call that all the paperwork needed to be redone due to typos. We were shuffled from person to person the day we signed. It was very unprofessional. I was told I had to come up immediately to redo it. It was very inconvenient and they were not apologetic. They simply stated that mistakes happen. They only provided us with one key FOB. We requested another on and they refused. Told us they would contact the previous owner. Well they didn't. Our salesman John told us twice they did but I was able to contact her with the personal info left in the vehicle and she said no one called her. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was also told they did not want my trade and did everything they could not to take it. More

This review DOES NOT apply to Salespersons: Jaime and Dave! Want to be treated disrespectfully? Just try to negotiate with Sales Manager Frank Sarino. Do not try to maturely negotiate a lower price or ask how the money factor and residual he used to calculate a lease's monthly payment. Mr. Sarino's response was "I have 30 years in car sales." and repeatedly reply, with any new questions asked, "Are you going to buy the car or not?". I seriously felt physically threatened by his aggressive body language and rough demeanor. I am a 60 year old man, not a child, whose everyday work is customer service. It is not as if I have encountered bad behavior before, but never this badly or so rudely. I reported this bad behavior to Dodge Motor Company. The only positive note were the 2 salespersons, Jaime and Dave, who were very close to closing the deal with me. Both very polite, personable and professional. More

Same experience as EODJEDI, bait and switch pricing I also went it to look at a Grand Caravan and was told the Internet pricing is only available if I qualify for all the manufacturer incentives. To be fair they did come down in price that was somewhat close to the Internet pricing but I didn't really love the Caravan on based on principle alone I didn't purchase the vehicle. More

We looked everywhere for a Dodge Caravan that fit our every need with all of the amenities and this Dealership had the only one in the area. The pricing online seemed to good to be true so we contacted them days prior to arriving to the dealership. The sales person, Jamie, was very professional on the phone and it sounded like everything was in order and it would be a simple transaction (including a trade-in) once we arrived. Our credit is perfect and the trade-in was a 2014 Dodge Journey R/T loaded in great condition. First they tried to rip us off on the trade-in, offering $2000 less than what the car was worth and then to top it off, they increased the price of the vehicle we wanted by $4000.00 claiming that the internet pricing needed to be updated, and then changing their story claiming that, that was the pricing for leasing. There was nothing on the net saying otherwise and we made absolutely sure before we drove 100 miles to this dealership, that the price online was the price we were going to get the car at. Don't listen to the other 5 star reviews on this site, read the "REAL" reviews and you will notice a pattern. I can only assume their dishonesty goes further than their business practices, including fake reviews to bring their numbers up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. More
