They can't find the issue with a brand new Explorer 2016 I can say they treat me fairly, the guy that attends me is Seth, who has been in touch with me, no complains. The thing is (and I was tempt to give them only 1 star) I got a brand new Ford Explorer 2016 in May, 2016. My current mileage is less than 4k miles so far and the vehicle is in a great condition except for one THING. Starting this week, the check engine light turns on, the vehicle started to shake and when pushing the gas pedal it does not response as normal. 3 days later in the service center, they don't know what is the issue, and worst, I have to pay month by month for a vehicle that right now, is useless. That's my only car available, nobody knows why it is failing, and it is taking too long to figure out the failure. I would like to get a solution soon, holidays are approaching and I can't drive my brand new vehicle (ironic). They broke 2 vehicles Do not trust this place. There service center has now broke 2 of my vehicles, my bad for trusting. I have requested several times with no response, th Do not trust this place. I have requested several times with no response, that management call me, who do they have call but the people from service who broke my vehicles to start with. Example; $600 to get breaks fixed, have had to go back twice and still not fixed. Horrible Horrible mechanic's. It took them 9 months to get my truck done and then it still was wrong. Do not trust any vehicle to Performance Ford!!!!! More

Competence coupled with courtesy I brought my Escape to the service department to have a recall dealt with and everyone I dealt with was (so it seemed to me) there just to make my exp I brought my Escape to the service department to have a recall dealt with and everyone I dealt with was (so it seemed to me) there just to make my experience a great one. I was impressed with the friendliness of all the people I came in contact with. I also noticed as customers cars were done, they were approached and informed that their vehicle was finished, what was done, and they were told that their business was appreciated. The same thing happened to me! The recall issues were corrected and I felt like I was appreciated as a customer. More
