sales man said there was no sign & drive, when I called another dealer they gave me a price for a sign & drive. The price is way over where it should be. I have been putting off buying a car for years now. I had never bought anything with under 100K miles on it, and the stories I hear about car dealerships kept me scared away. I went to this dealership because I was pretty set on a Ford Focus, and they are the closest Ford dealership to both my home and job. They were the exact opposite of what I was expecting! Everyone was beyond nice. I never felt pressured to buy a car which made me even more excited about buying one! Once we had agreed on the price, the finance department was worked with us to keep my payments within my budget, and did a wonderful job. Everyone was incredibly helpful, courteous, and friendly.
