They were there when i needed them to be. We had a problem develop with our Ford explore at 59 miles over our 100,000 extended warranty and it was going to be an expensive repair. This is the We had a problem develop with our Ford explore at 59 miles over our 100,000 extended warranty and it was going to be an expensive repair. This is the fourth explorer we have owned. We needed the dealership to go to bat for us with Ford to get an exception. The service manager Scott Magno was incredible fighting my case with Ford until he finally got us our exception and immediately put us in a loaner car so we could still go about our normal lives. Without the goodwill that we were extended by Scott, everyone on his team and the dealership, we would have been out a lot of money. Car prices are virtually the same at every dealership, but its the service and the gratefulness of your business that earns not only our high marks, but also our respect. Thank you Scott and performance ford for saving the day. More

Performance Ford is the best service department around. I've lived in NJ for 4 years now. I bought a 2013 F-150 Platinum which turned out to be a lemon. Ford took great care of me and ended up giving me $50 I've lived in NJ for 4 years now. I bought a 2013 F-150 Platinum which turned out to be a lemon. Ford took great care of me and ended up giving me $5000 back for it. I was in the service department so much they knew me by first name. Since I went with a dodge ram and get it serviced at dodge in Dover, I'm ready to trade in the dodge and go upside down because of how crappy the service is. I bought a 2013 Explorer brand new and I continue to get it serviced at performance ford. Yesterday Amanda took good care of my vehicle with the manufacture warranty from the tires I had on. Saved me $500 dollars. More
