Amanda Wilson and Kenny Claudio went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and needs - and completed everything on my punch list - plus some. The valet service was extraordinary, and the car was serviced, cleaned inside and out, and returned to me earlier than expected. Bravo to Scott Maggio at Performance Lincoln, and his team of service professionals!

I called about a low tire pressure light. They said cone right in. Seems I had a nail in my tire. The kid fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Amanda is very sweet and professional. Service department is top notch.

"Went in for a recall, horrible experience "

I went in for a recall involving something with the coolant. It took double the time they told me, when picking up the car, the battery was dead(paper work stated battery was fine). They only wanted me to have work done so they could make money, they informed me the battery was charged and keeping the charge, but also said I should get a new battery. I said I would split the price, but of course no because something could have been wrong with the battery prior to dying, which paperwork said the battery was fine. It's been two weeks and no battery problems. Two days after service my coolant lite went on stating level was low. So of course I had to add coolant because they did a great job. They lost a customer.
