I went in for a recall involving something with the coolant. It took double the time they told me, when picking up the car, the battery was dead(paper work stated battery was fine). They only wanted me to have work done so they could make money, they informed me the battery was charged and keeping the charge, but also said I should get a new battery. I said I would split the price, but of course no because something could have been wrong with the battery prior to dying, which paperwork said the battery was fine. It's been two weeks and no battery problems. Two days after service my coolant lite went on stating level was low. So of course I had to add coolant because they did a great job. They lost a customer.
