Fixed my flats!! I ended up with two flat tires today. Not only did I get a fairly quick tow from AAA, but they took my car directly to Performance Ford for me. I had I ended up with two flat tires today. Not only did I get a fairly quick tow from AAA, but they took my car directly to Performance Ford for me. I had purchased my Ford Edge at that dealership and had a tire warranty through them. Performance not only had my tires in stock, but were able to get them installed (with no prior appointment) within about two hours. Great waiting room , friendly and quick service. This could have been a really rough day, but Performance ended up making my day! Thank you Nick and the Performance Ford service team! More

Let I recently had the pleasure of bring my vehicle to performance Ford for the first time for service. I had previously used a different dealership. Let me tell you right from the second I walked in I believed it was going to be a great experience. I drove in and the service manager Scott Maggio introduced himself and then introduced me to a service advisor. They quickly recognized what I wanted and then took care of getting me a brand-new loaner car. Just a fantastic experience. Thanks again guys!! More

Stay away !! We had to take our car for a recall and to get a few other things done. They are extremely overpriced, but that is not main issue. A few days after I We had to take our car for a recall and to get a few other things done. They are extremely overpriced, but that is not main issue. A few days after I picked my car up from the Lincoln service center, it shut off on route 80 with my infant son in the car. We had it towed and looked at by two different mechanics because we felt like something wasn't right with the Lincoln service center. They both said it needed to be brought back to Lincoln. When we called Lincoln they were extremely unprofessional And rude, even hanging up the phone on us. We were put in a very dangerous situation and they were anything but helpful And accommodating. We were never provided a rental car. We will continue to advocate so that this does not Happen to someone else. More

Poor quality work Service Department review only (Sales Dept. was excellent). I brought in my new car for three things and none of them were performed well or even a Service Department review only (Sales Dept. was excellent). I brought in my new car for three things and none of them were performed well or even appropriately. Engine Failure (for the 2nd time), car pulling right (coasting & braking), paint chip near tail lens assembly. The Engine Failure wasn't conclusively diagnosed the first time so nothing was done other than an on-board diagnostic. The second time they determined it was the sound Symposer. When the Service Rep called to notify me that this portion of the repair was diagnosed, she did not know what was actually being fixed and when I picked up the car, the part that was replaced (Sound Symposer) did not work. Ford has subsequently identified a recall for the wiring harness to fix the Engine Failure. The fix for the car pulling right was that there was rust on the brake rotor and they turned the rotor (which I don't find to be a plausible cause on a new car). The result is that the brakes now rub and squeal and the car still pulls right. The paint chips were excellently repaired. The reason for the paint chipping was that the tail lens assembly is in contact with the body. The assembly was replaced such that it was in contact on another place and is subsequently chipping again. I'm not sure how a service department is supposed to be run but I would assume that a supervisory mechanic would review the diagnosis and final repair. This sincerely doubt that this was not done. I would also expect the the Service Rep. would know what repair was done if they are expected to address the Customer with the results of the service that was performed. As a side note, I've completed two surveys for Ford voicing my displeasure but have not been contact in over a month. Bottom Line: Performance needs to take a hard look at how their Service Department is run. Although the Service Rep. was cordial, it doesn't make up for a poor level of competence in diagnosing, reviewing repairs and explaining the service performed to the Customer. More
I purchased a new car from Performance and I had some minor scratches that needed attention. The sales staff I dealt with were the most aggravating and unconcerned staff and made me feel that all they r minor scratches that needed attention. The sales staff I dealt with were the most aggravating and unconcerned staff and made me feel that all they really cared about was the sale and trying to get the service that was needed nailed down was a communication nightmare! Finally I had an appointment and went straight to service dept and not to sales floor, as I had been directed to do, i was met by a young man who was polite and attentive and immediately got a service manager to help me. Scott Shifter knew nothing of the tooth pulling pain that I had been enduring for the past three weeks dealing with sales dept. but was the most helpful, concerned and friendliest person I could have encountered! He made the entire situation a positive one, he literally turned a frown upside down and earned my service business for as long as I own the new car despite the fact that I live 60 miles from this dealer. THANK YOU SCOTT you truly are a professional in your field. More
