The issue involved maintenance warnings on the dashboard display, that impacted ABS functions and the cruise control function. Although not from the area, we stopped in at River Center Lexus to seek assistance before continuing on our journey further south. The service personnel there were helpful, professional, and quick to diagnose the problem. They resolved the issue and got us back on our way-at no cost! The service team has been right on the money when any item needed attention or fixing. This car has been the best brand which I have owned over the last 50 years for durability and performance, and still looks like it just came out of the show room. My Sales Advisor, MIke Massey and Service Manager, Justin Lyman and the rest of the support team have made me feel like an family member when I am at the dealership or talking to them on the phone.
