My wife and I worked with Ted and Chan to purchase a low-mileage Infiniti Q50RS. Since I have asthma and we have a two-month-old baby, a non-smoking vehicle was an absolute requirement. We explicitly asked about this and were assured the car was smoke-free before committing to a 20-hour round trip from Missouri. Upon arrival, the car smelled heavily of cigars. Despite having only 5,700 miles, the interior was far from the 'perfect' condition promised. Management attempted to pass the scent off as 'cleaning chemicals,' but it was clearly a failed attempt to mask heavy tobacco use. We felt completely misled. Driving 20 hours to find a car in that condition—after being given specific assurances otherwise—is unprofessional and classless. I would urge extreme caution to anyone considering a vehicle here; their word clearly does not match the reality of their inventory. More

The dealership represented the vehicle as being in good working condition. Within 4 days of receiving it, the car broke down completely. Here’s what happened: At delivery, the check engine light was on, the engine smelled like it was burning, and there was a loud exhaust. I was told this was just due to an aftermarket exhaust — no engine issues were disclosed. Within days, the car stalled and produced heavy smoke. Multiple inspections revealed severe, longstanding engine damage caused by years of neglect — damage that could not have occurred in my short ownership. Repair costs exceeded $47,000 (engine rebuild, transport, missing parts). I couldn’t drive the car for over 7 months while trying to fix it. In the end, I traded it in for $70,000 — taking a massive financial loss despite investing nearly $150,000 in purchase and repairs. The dealership refused to take responsibility, citing the “as-is” sale, and offered no help or resolution. My advice: Do your research, get an independent pre-purchase inspection, and be extremely cautious when buying here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Performance Luxury Sports to anyone. I purchased a vehicle from Performance Luxury Sport a couple of months ago, and what I was told—verbally and through listing materials—was that the car was in clean, excellent condition. Fast forward to today: I took the car in to have professional paint protection film (PPF) installed, only to be told that the paint on the driver’s side mirror is peeling off with the film. According to the installer (a highly reputable shop), this is a clear sign of prior paintwork or body repair—the kind of issue that should absolutely have been disclosed at the time of sale. This was never mentioned. Not once. I was led to believe this car had no prior paint issues. Instead, it seems like I was sold a car with hidden damage under the illusion that it was in pristine condition. I reached out to the dealership to ask for answers and accountability. As of now, no resolution has been offered. If you're considering buying from Performance Luxury Sport, I strongly recommend getting a third-party inspection before signing anything. Don’t take their word for it when they say the car is clean or hasn’t had work done. Apparently, their definition of “clean” doesn’t include full disclosure. I’m now left dealing with damage that shouldn't exist—and certainly shouldn't be my responsibility after paying for what was advertised as a high-quality, well-maintained vehicle. Very disappointed, and strongly considering filing a BBB complaint. Buy with caution. More
