I've been fighting with BF Goodrich for months trying to get them to warranty some tire defects that came with my tires, ultimately creating a hazard. They stepped up and knocked it out of the park. Discount Tire wanted $1800 for four Mickey Thompson tires, Toyota got me the exact same tires, mounted, balanced and even an alignment for $1450. I've been going to them since I bought my vehicle, and will continue to visit them. The whole team is fantastic. Special thanks to Adam, Zak and Jenn for staying true to their word and providing the best service I could ask for. More
