I used to rave about this service department. I used to be greeted immediately and guided to where I should be. Not one person looked up. Laughing and joking around, but couldn’t get any help. Finally, Javi approached us. He led us to Miguel who seemed bothered to help. Great timing on getting the service done. Love the videos. The text said that our car was ready. Went out to the bay and still no one paid any attention. Finally, Javi asked how he could help. Taylee brought the car around. Finally paid and got out of there. Javi was the only one that was kind and helpful. Never had this experience at this dealer. We drive from Murray because of the way we used to get treated. Sad experience. A little guidance through the process would’ve been helpful. A bit of communication would’ve been nice. More

Jace was awesome, he got my vehicle picked up and taken care of while I was out of town. I ended up with a flat tire on my other vehicle the day I returned and he got me in and out for that as well! The door handle broke on my 2026 Tundra with less than 5k miles. The part was on back order - not any parts in the U.S. with Toyota estimating 6 months to get a part; leaving me with rolling down my window miles. The part was on back order - not any parts in the U.S. with Toyota estimating 6 months to get a part; leaving me with rolling down my window to open my door from the outside side. The whole team at performance made it their mission to find me a part. They finally found one at a dealership in Canada. Within a couple of weeks they fixed the problem.
