We had the worst car buying experience ever. We went into the dealership mid November. After a 1,000 down payment and the promise that they would find us our desired car by the end of January, w We went into the dealership mid November. After a 1,000 down payment and the promise that they would find us our desired car by the end of January, we are finally getting our car mid April. Throughout the whole process there has been a lot of miscommunications and delays. In addition to the delays and miscommunication the general manager was very rude to me when I confronted him about these delays. Overall this dealership does not feel trustworthy and I have had much better experiences buying from other Toyota dealerships (try out Larry Miller). More

She was very helpful and took extra time to ensure I knew exactly what was going on with my truck. I’ve been especially impressed with Jaden’s concern for customer care and satisfaction.
