I had a poor experience with an employee of Bountiful Toyota and let them know why I was upset. The General Manager of the dealership, K.C. Waterbury quickly reached out to me, and apologized for the problem, asking us to give them a second chance, and promising that the experience would not be repeated. We took him up on his offer. This time, an amazing salesman named Trevor, did everything in his power to make sure our test drive and overall experience was perfect. There was no hard sale, no pressure, and every effort to help us get into the used car we wanted. Trevor also arranged for our current car to have some recall work done, before we gave it to a relative. We asked for several items that the used car did not come with. The Accessories manager, Jeremy, was incredibly helpful and worked to find exactly what we needed, and escorted us to the various locations where we needed to go to place orders. They were able to supply most of the items, or get them for us at a reduced price. We were finally introduced to Emily, in finance, who led us through our options, explained things clearly, and also pointed out one option we should ignore because we have insurance from a company that made it unnecessary. K.C. came in towards the end of the process to make sure that we were happy, and offered further assistance. What makes this so unusual is that we were buying a used car, we will probably not buy another car for 10 years, and we are not influential or well known people. The people that we worked with were people that I would love to work with anywhere. They clearly enjoyed their jobs, and were working to do them in the best possible way. This is a dealership that I will go back to for everything I need, because they will do things right, and if a mistake is made, they will bend over backwards to make it right! More

The sales team at Performance Toyota were straight-forward and fair in their dealing. We had the worst car buying experience ever. We went into the dealership mid November. After a 1,000 down payment and the promise that they would find us our desired car by the end of January, w We went into the dealership mid November. After a 1,000 down payment and the promise that they would find us our desired car by the end of January, we are finally getting our car mid April. Throughout the whole process there has been a lot of miscommunications and delays. In addition to the delays and miscommunication the general manager was very rude to me when I confronted him about these delays. Overall this dealership does not feel trustworthy and I have had much better experiences buying from other Toyota dealerships (try out Larry Miller). More

It was a bumpy road, but thanks to GM Mr. Waterbury, they "made it right." Thanks also to Jeff and Cam who worked closely on this to make it happen. August 13, 2021 - To be continued...Returning Rav4 purchased 7/7. There were issues with the repairs. Waiting for replacement vehicle TODAY is Thursday - July 22, 2021 BACK UP TO A 5-STAR RATING! Finally reached the General Manager, KC Waterbury, on Monday, July 19, and everything began to take a turn for the better. My 2021 Rav4 XSE Hybrid was sent to Higgins Body & Paint shop - who did a great job. No signs of razor cuts; no damage or marks on the paint. It looks brand new like the day it was first delivered to me. I received a detailed statement of work and warranty. Sales Manager Cam was the Quality Control POC on the finished work. Service Manager Jaden coordinated with Higgins and then arranged for drivers Milo and Jordan to safely deliver the Rav4 to my residence. A rough start but good team work "made it right." Worst Car Buying Experience Ever Purchased vehicle on a Saturday and was told the vehicle would be able to be picked up on Monday; however, because I added some ad-ons, the vehicle ha Purchased vehicle on a Saturday and was told the vehicle would be able to be picked up on Monday; however, because I added some ad-ons, the vehicle had to be picked up on Tuesday which was understandable. I called at least 10 times on Tuesday to get an update on when I could pick up my vehicle as it is an hour and half round trip. No one had any answers and I was transferred call after call after call after call from Receptionist to Najee to Andrew to Cam to JC to Ivan.. to no avail. Once I was able to speak to Kerry, I was told that it wouldn't be ready to be picked up until Wednesday afternoon. Today is Wednesday and guess what, I've been calling all day long and again being transferred again multiple times from the Receptionist to Gavin to Shirley to Kerry to Jim to Isabel. The latest update is that the vehicle MIGHT be ready by 6pm today although it was promised to be delivered yesterday. To say post-purchase customer service is horrendous is an understatement. If I could leave zero stars on the review, I would; 1 is too high. The great salesmanship from Robert was destroyed by the post-purchase communication and even more poor customer service. More

Read further into their reviews don’t trust this place just cause they are a Toyota dealer the scammers inside are not actually Toyota people they are deceptive liars and put on a good poker face is all t just cause they are a Toyota dealer the scammers inside are not actually Toyota people they are deceptive liars and put on a good poker face is all they are good at the whole bunch there switch bait pass the buck mentality sucks and definitely feel like they ripped me off wish I would have investigated their practice more but love Toyota and they had they one I wanted if in that situation again I’d pass definitely 100 times this group is a professional team of liars if there was a award for that I’d vote for them everytime never felt that way with any other Toyota dealer professional scam artists truly the guys that give car salesmen a bad name right here More
