From start to finish, I was wowed. I was in the market for a used Toyota Tacoma. One Saturday morning, I got a lead from Car Gurus that Performance Toyota had a used 2017 Tacoma with 7 I was in the market for a used Toyota Tacoma. One Saturday morning, I got a lead from Car Gurus that Performance Toyota had a used 2017 Tacoma with 7000 miles. It was the model and color I was interested in. I reached out to their chat line representative and Nicole was quick to respond and confirm the truck was still available and set up an appointment later that day. I live over 50 miles from this dealer so a trip to see the truck was not a small deal. My wife and I headed up there and met with Nicole who then handed us off to Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn had the truck prepped for a test drive and then when we were thinking about a less expensive truck, she had that one brought out to look at. In the end I purchased the 2017 and picked up it 3 days later. The whole experience was both low keyed but professional. I will recommend this dealer for sure. More

Kayli Andre took the time to explain the differences between the XLE and the Limited versions and helped us find the right choice with the options that were important to us in a no pressure environment. A Fantastic Salesperson...and Dealership! Kayli Andre was our salesperson. What a gem she was! It was bitter cold the day we drove to Sinking Spring, but Kayli had hot coffee waiting for us an Kayli Andre was our salesperson. What a gem she was! It was bitter cold the day we drove to Sinking Spring, but Kayli had hot coffee waiting for us and our automobile was ready and waiting at the door. It may not be important to some, but there was a jar of candy on her desk and I thoroughly enjoyed eating a few pieces! The "checkout" process was painless and Kayli soon had us on our way to eat lunch and enjoy a local movie before our drive back to Woodbury, New Jersey. She even looked up the movies and xeroxed a set of directions. AND, this was her day off, but she came to work just to make sure that our visit went smoothly.
