Outstanding Overall Buying Experience I could not have been more pleased with the overall customer service I experienced when buying my 2016 Rav4, My sales representative, Elizabeth Franci I could not have been more pleased with the overall customer service I experienced when buying my 2016 Rav4, My sales representative, Elizabeth Francisco was excellent, she was knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to answer all my questions while in I initially sat in the vehicle with her and back then again inside the dealership. There was never any pressure and I felt she had my best interest in helping me to make the decision to purchase my new RAV4. Elizabeth even retrieved an item I had left in my trade in vehicle and mailed it back to me along with another accessory for my new car. Without hesitation I would highly recommend Elizabeth and the sales team members at Performance Toyota. Good Service, but there's room for improvement I purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla LE through Performance Toyota. Overall, it was good experience. I traded in my old Corolla which I still owed on. Performance was happy to help me get into a new vehicle and worked with me to keep my payments down. One thing I will say is that I've purchased Toyotas through Bennett Toyota in Allentown, PA, and although Performance was good, Bennett was a bit of a nicer experience. One, at Bennett, even though I was buying a 6 year old vehicle, they treated me like I had just bought that year's model. Gave me a nice keychain and pen along with my purchase. I felt no pressure to buy there whatsoever. Performance did a good job at getting me into my price range and offered warranties and my salesperson Tommy Pennock did a good job explaining all of the different charges and values associated with my trade-in and purchase. I just think that overall, the dealership could pay a little closer attention to detail when it comes to making the customer feel very important. More
