bad customer service! I always thought that leasing my first brand NEW car would be a great experience. In the beginning it all seemed to go smoothly fine, but I'm guessing I always thought that leasing my first brand NEW car would be a great experience. In the beginning it all seemed to go smoothly fine, but I'm guessing it has to be that way when their trying to sell a car isn't it? Well it was after my supposed to be brand new reliable car started having manufacturer issues, (turning off on me everywhere) that my already stressful car situation became a worse experience due to their horrible customer service! I always had to call constantly because I would NEVER get a call back!! The operator (front desk) always cut me off and send me straight to the extension she thought I should be sent to, and that extension always rang into the voicemail. I HAD to go in person taking time from my already busy life with having an infant, and two jobs!! I had a serious problem, with leasing a brand new car that turned off on me everywhere I went ! That was the reason why I wanted a new car, to have something RELIABLE and they didn't seem to help but make it all more difficult to solve. Their employees never offered any type of help, or solutions to my problem at all! I had to take time out of my busy schedule to go in and talk to the manager because when I called, again the operator always sent me away to a diff. extension or he was busy, or not there. The manager did help by giving me the loner I asked for since no one seemed to want to help me or tell me the rights I had to ask for one. It took me almost 3 WEEKS to get my car back! When I called to ask for the status of my car (being that I didn't hear from them for weeks and they didn't answer my calls), I finally got an answer they told me the car had been done (2 WEEKS AGO), and they weren't sure why no one had called me back. I cannot believe the poor customer service I've experienced. In my past, and current job I've been working in customer service, and I know this isn't acceptable for a big company like Toyota. More

Dan Is NOT the Man Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to look at a Tacoma. Dan "the man" greeted me and we discussed my truck needs and my trade. He offered to come to Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to look at a Tacoma. Dan "the man" greeted me and we discussed my truck needs and my trade. He offered to come to my home to do the appraisal which I thought was great. Monday I emailed him with my VIN so he could research and also asked him when the 2017's would be available. He confirmed receipt of my email and I NEVER heard back from him. Waited a week and bought my Tacoma from another dealer. All their ads on TV talk about how great their dealership is. If they would have just done the minimum amount of work I probably would have purchased a Tacoma from Performance. More

We purchased our first Prius from Performance 5 years ago and were very happy with the car and We purchased our second Toyota Prius from Performance. We purchased our first Prius from Performance 5 years ago and were very happy with the car and the dealership. When we were researching the addition of a newer second Prius we checked Performance as well as all the other local dearlers. Performance had the the best car for the best price hands down. Alex Vanderlip made the buying process smooth and efficient and we drove our car home that evening! Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience! More

Worst Buying Experience I ever had I have purchased many automobiles of my 60 years . I must say this was the worst buying experience I ever had !!! We agreed on a price Yes the manager I have purchased many automobiles of my 60 years . I must say this was the worst buying experience I ever had !!! We agreed on a price Yes the manager Agreed... a few weeks later the truck came in. The salesperson was half way through explaining the truck, the manager came out and said we have a problem we cant sell you the truck at the price I quoted. we are under water on the truck. That was BS...I was quoted the same price from another dealer. I said you just matched another dealers price and you just telling me now 3 weeks later after you ordered it. After a hour or so ,the manager said I have to call the owner of Performance to let him make the call...... they did sell me at price quoted but all the BS........ He was just trying to get more money from me....I would never buy another car / Truck from Performance Toyota. THEY CANT BE TRUSTED More
Great Dealer Experience + Great Vehicle = Happy Customer I had a 2014 RAV 4 I thoroughly enjoyed that was getting close to end of lease, over miles and I wanted a vehicle with more interior space for cargo, I had a 2014 RAV 4 I thoroughly enjoyed that was getting close to end of lease, over miles and I wanted a vehicle with more interior space for cargo, animals and people. It was late on Saturday afternoon when we casually stopped in the dealership and Brandon Laudenslager came out to greet us. He was enthusiastic in wanting to help us and very accommodating in answering our many questions. We have purchased 12 cars from Performance over the last 14 years, 11 Toyotas and 1 Volvo. This most recent experience was easy, pleasant and unpressured. It was nice that Fred Folk and Tony Curtis recognized that we have been long time customers and Fred was very helpful in putting a workable deal together for the new Highlander. Brandon did a great job of going over the many great features on the vehicle during delivery which will make it much more enjoyable and allow me to take full advantage of its capabilities.
