I was visiting from FL and I took my Tundra in to have a wheel rotation noise diagnosed and repaired before I drove back to FL. The Service Advisor said that I needed new rear brakes, and the fluid in the wheel rotation noise diagnosed and repaired before I drove back to FL. The Service Advisor said that I needed new rear brakes, and the fluid in the front and rear differentials was low and needed to be replaced (which concerned me because I have my vehicle routinely serviced by a FL Toyota Dealer). Six hours and $1045 later they pronounced my Tundra fixed. As soon as I drove out of Performance Toyota the noise was still there! They did not properly diagnose or fix the problem I brought the Tundra in for! So I took it back and they put "chassis ears" on the truck to locate the source of the noise (which they should have done in the first place). After 2 hours of "testing" they said the rear wheel bearing was bad - $300 in parts and $500 for installation, after already spending $1K! They did say they would "work with me" on the labor given what I already spent. I had a tight deadline to return to FL, the wheel bearing parts did not come in before I had to leave. Since I can't practically get back to Performance Toyota the whole "work with me" goodwill is now - "too bad, you're not our concern anymore". Doing the right thing for their Customers is not in their playbook! More
Performance Toyota is the absolute worst. STAY FAR AWAY!! Terrible Customer service. Will never go back. From rude clerk, to attempting to charge a 3% surcharge to use credit card (really STAY FAR AWAY!! Terrible Customer service. Will never go back. From rude clerk, to attempting to charge a 3% surcharge to use credit card (really, it's 2022 and you want to charge to use a credit card), to not checking on rewards program after asking 3 people about it then being told the manager left already, call back tomorrow. And to top it off, ask me how long I have owned the car (bought it from you in 2012 and says that right on my receipt) then insinuating I don't know how to drive a stick. Ah, I have been driving a stick longer than you have been alive sir. NEVER again will I go there. Beware, customer service is non-existant and every complaints on Google says oh, we are sorry, please feel free to contact Jim and gives you his email. More

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I purchased a vehicle from here and then noticed the leaf spring was broken after it had just been inspected by them too. First the manager tried tel I purchased a vehicle from here and then noticed the leaf spring was broken after it had just been inspected by them too. First the manager tried telling me I did it myself, after only having the vehicle 3 weeks and you could see it’s been broke for a while. After fighting with them they agreed to replace it. 2 weeks later I finally get a call stating it’s done. As I’m on my way in I get a call saying it’s messed up and the rear is sitting 3” higher than the front because they went the cheap way and didn’t do oem. So truck sat there another week waiting to get done. Once I got it back I noticed my radio was messed up and not aligned right and I had a bunch of dents all over my roof. Manager was not happy but agreed to fix it. During all this I just wanted my money back and they can take the truck since I’ve owned it for 2 months and didn’t even get to put 500 miles on it. Jim the “general manager” agreed to buy it back but at a completley lower price than I paid. Told me the market changed that fast in a month which is a lie. So now fast forward to today to finally getting my truck back yet again from them to the doors being covered in grease, my radio still not fixed and “overspray”? They also promised to fill my tank as well since I’ve put more miles on it driving there and back than I have in general but when I got it back the low fuel light was on. All over the panels inside my truck. Jim has now since blocked my number and refusing to help with this matter. More

I was pleasantly surprised that their prices were w ithin a dollar of Costco, plus they have free freshly ground coffee which Costco does not. They were also able to fit me in for an oil change. The other dealership I used to go to charged me for every quart of oil (not just each quart over five like most places). At Performance Toyota, all the oil was included in the price of the oil change. I only paid a few bucks extra for a fresh filter and gasket. I never saw the old gasket so I'm not sure it really needed the new one, but I'd rather be safe and not deal with leaking oil down the road. The waiting room layout seems haphazard and could use a design upgrade. I found the dining area in the adjacent Sheetz to be a better waiting spot, which has a window facing counter with power and USB outlets to work, free WiFi and made-to-order food and beer for purchase. Better pricing is available when you pay with cash, check, or a debit cards so bring one of those with you if possible. More
