Love love love my car!! I knew exactly what kind of vechicle I wanted, so I went to Performance Volvo because they had it. Great people, didn't seem to care for me. The workers at the dealership seem like great people, but it felt as if they didn't want me or my business. As they priced out my trade-in, I could hear them talking about the damage on the cosmetics to the car. The trade-in did have cosmetic damage to it, but it was nothing that would cause problems to the performance of the car (scratches mainly). One of the coworkers I could overhear was worried if the car was even insured. As I'm 20 years old, I understand the cause for concern, most people my age might not take care of cars the way I do. But the way they talked about my car, they made it seem as if I just thrash the car and smash it into things with no concern for its wellbeing. Worst of all, while I discussed my options they had customers checking out my car, as if I had already settled on getting rid of it. Brandon was of great help, though. He explained the process of the lease and how it would fair out over the course of owning the car. He was friendly, and even with technical difficulties, made it a fairly painless process. Also the receptionist that called me (Dylana) was caring as well, if not for her I might not have driven the hour and a half to the dealer. I'm sure the staff is full of great people, I could overhear them having conversations with other customers in depth, asking about their cars and how specific members of their families are doing. I'm sure if any of the salesman helped me rather than just Brandon, I still would have had a satisfactory experience. More

The gentleman in the service dept let me in the shop before they were even open. I then was given a ride to work, again before their start time. My vehicle was fixed and the shuttle picked me up at my work and took me back to the shop. I told them what time I leave work and the driver was waiting for me. It's great how they go out of their way for their customers. I'll most likely be switching dealerships for the service needs for my Toyota in the future. Thank you Performance Toyota! More

Mike filled in specific details afterwards. Juan was friendly and supportive and not "pushy". He even arranged for me to take the car home the same day...he worked right through lunch for me and offered a suggestion on how to return my rental from Enterprise! Before I left he walked me through the process for servicing and offered to set up my first appointment. (The set-up of the service area has changed quite a bit since my last visit in 2006. At that time the service was wonderful and I look forward to working with the service dept. again) Juan provided for me service above and beyond the call of duty and I plan to recommend Juan (and Performance) to anyone who seeks a Toyota or Scion auto!
