I started out buying from them back in 1999 or 2000 .....i bought a 1998 Camry and a 1998 Corrola...then a 2000 Celica...then a 2005 Scion.........there may have been one more that my daughter bought from them as well. Erica was recommended to us as a contact at Performance. We were looking for a pre-owned car. We settled on an '07 RAV4. Just days after we purchased the car,and without purchasing the extended warranty, We were looking for a pre-owned car. We settled on an '07 RAV4. Just days after we purchased the car,and without purchasing the extended warranty, the heater was not working. We did not think to test the heat when we test drove the car as it was a warm day. I contacted Erica immediately and she gave me some suggestions as to how to get the heater working properly. When those did not work, she had a service agent call me to set up an appointment to have the car looked at. There was some mix up as to which service department the car was to be worked on as it was purchased from the Volvo used lot but is a Toyota vehicle. The Toyota service department said they would work on it, but we would have to pay for the work to be completed. I emailed Erica right away to let her know that I had thought that Performance would cover the cost as they would have not knowingly sold a vehicle marketed as being in great condition but with a broken heater. She got on it right away and Performance graciously covered the repair. When we bought the car, Erica said she is all about, "Service after the sale," and she did not disappoint. More

In store, Brandon was very patient even when I changed my mind last minute about the car I wanted. He even stayed late 3 times for my dad and I, to seal the deal. He's very respectful and courteous. The first trip I made to check out a car, a couple people walked past me without checking to see if I needed assistance. Brandon went above and beyond to answer any questions when I came back with my dad to sign papers. He deserves a raise! " More
