Fred Folk was very helpful in walking me through my car buying experience. It had been over 14 years since I bought a car. I'm so impressed with the friendly staff at this dealership. Fred Folk is a wonderful person to do business with. He's upfront, trustworthy, and dependable. Within hours of getting my car home, I was contacted by Fred to check in with me to see if I had any further questions. That's customer service. I like the idea that once I drove my new car off the lot, I feel like I became a part of their family. They look forward to hearing from me and appreciate my business. I came into Performance Toyota to test drive a Camry Hybrid and interested in a new lease. By the end of my initial visit with Fred Folk I did not want to continue to shop around at other dealers for ot Hybrid and interested in a new lease. By the end of my initial visit with Fred Folk I did not want to continue to shop around at other dealers for other cars. Fred took the time to understand what I really wanted out of my purchase and showed me a better model that fit my needs and my personality. I felt very comfortable dealing with Fred and truly believe he was trying to find the best fit for me, not just sell me the highest end model I could tolerate. Fred was very knowledgeable about the entire Toyota line of vehicles as well as about the competition's vehicles in the same class of car I was looking at. He explained all the different features (sometimes multiple times) to ensure my wife and I understood what the different cars had to offer and help us determine if they were "want" or "need" features. When it came down to talk dollars, I never felt pressured or forced into a certain model or certain deal. We came up with a deal that was comfortable for both sides with a little back and forth for good measure. I can not overstate how ready I was from the beginning to find a reason to walk out of the showroom and shop around. Although Toyota was high on my list of potential brands to purchase from, I fully expected my process to take a few weeks if not more, and involve a handful of different brands. Fred was available for questions or explanations any time I needed them, and was very accessible (often willing to work on days off or when he was already busy) regarding times to meet at the showroom for paperwork, questions, etc. Fred made my first leasing experience a positive one, and I fully anticipate future business with Performance Toyota as a result. I drove away in my 2014 Camry SE a few days ago and although it has only been a short time, am loving my new car. I have given Fred Folk a Great rating because of my previous experience with him when I bought my first Toyota and because I got the same great experience with him again. When I was there I had a paper on which I wrote down quite a few questions. Fred took the time to explain everything and even answered questions I hadn't even thought about. He is extremely knowledgeable and showed me how absolutely everything worked. After I picked up my 2013 Rav4 I found I had a couple questions after reading the manual. I gave Fred a call and left him a voice mail. He called me back and went over my questions and gave me a thorough explanation. I have told all my friends about my experience at Performance Toyota and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More
I was recommended to look at Performance Toyota by another satisfied customer who purchased a Prius in the Fall of 2013. When I started shopping for my new car, I engaged in communications with 5 other Toyota dealerships. Instead of considering dealerships closer to home or work, I chose Performance Toyota. This was directly a result of my communications with a member of the Internet Sales Staff, Dylana Wolcott. Her level of attentiveness and professionalism was exemplary and exactly what was needed for me to feel comfortable purchasing a car from Performance Toyota. After arriving, I had the pleasure of meeting Dylana and several members of the Performance Toyota staff; most notably my salesman, Adam Jones. Adam did an outstanding job throughout all aspects of the sale. I was impressed with Adam's level of knowledge with the Toyota hybrid line, as he walked me around the Prius C to familiarize me with the car inside and out prior to even starting the test drive. I also appreciated Performance Toyota's willingness to work with me throughout the negotiations process. As a new customer, I feel that this process was fair and resulted in the deal I received and accepted - which directly contributed to me being able to leave Performance Toyota in a new car the day I stopped by for a test drive. I was actually in and out of the dealership on a Saturday in about 3 hours. I feel this was remarkable and directly attributable to the level of care and attentiveness of my salesman. While managing his other appointments and test drives, Adam continued to check in with me and ensured the process remained moving - from negotiation to finance to vehicle preparation - up until the point I got in my new Prius C and drove away. Dealing with them buying our new car was such a pleasure and they didn't haggle or give us a hard time about price. They were very fair and Eddie Rodriquez, our salesman, was the best. He was so nice and gave us so much info on the car. He was very knowledgeable and informed us on all of the special functions that our car can do, and it does a lot. While we were waiting for our salesman to finalize the paper work, even the other salespeople in the dealership were super nice and helpful. It was a very reassuring experience because buying a car can be a real hassle if you go to the wrong dealer. We give Performance 5 stars for the best dealership in our area. More
I bought my Corolla from Performance Toyota for 2 main reason. The primary reason was due to Celene Johnston. The second reason was the price was better than other dealers. I bought two Corrolas in 1209 from performance but I can tell you, Celene's handling of this sale exceeded my expectations.
