We explained to Juan what we were looking for. He showed us several RAV4s in our price range and explained the differences in each. We took one for a test ride and purchased it and drove it off the lot the same day. We loved that we were not pressured in any way, that Juan was very knowledgeable in the RAV4 in general, and got us financed in no time. We were happy to give him our sale. Erica was recommended to us as a contact at Performance. We were looking for a pre-owned car. We settled on an '07 RAV4. Just days after we purchased the car,and without purchasing the extended warranty, We were looking for a pre-owned car. We settled on an '07 RAV4. Just days after we purchased the car,and without purchasing the extended warranty, the heater was not working. We did not think to test the heat when we test drove the car as it was a warm day. I contacted Erica immediately and she gave me some suggestions as to how to get the heater working properly. When those did not work, she had a service agent call me to set up an appointment to have the car looked at. There was some mix up as to which service department the car was to be worked on as it was purchased from the Volvo used lot but is a Toyota vehicle. The Toyota service department said they would work on it, but we would have to pay for the work to be completed. I emailed Erica right away to let her know that I had thought that Performance would cover the cost as they would have not knowingly sold a vehicle marketed as being in great condition but with a broken heater. She got on it right away and Performance graciously covered the repair. When we bought the car, Erica said she is all about, "Service after the sale," and she did not disappoint. More
