The internet rep wasn't as helpful as going in stores to sinking spring and having Brandon Zimmerman help me find the right car. In store, Brandon was very patient even when I changed my mind last minute about the car I wanted. He even stayed late 3 times for my dad and I, to seal the deal. He's very respectful and courteous. The first trip I made to check out a car, a couple people walked past me without checking to see if I needed assistance. She's encouraging and gently persuading me to pursue my interest in a vehicle (my inquiry was on the 2013 Toyota Avalon). Amanda mentioned in an email, "she wanted to earn my business" by helping in anyway she could. Great job Amanda! You definitley are an effective part of the buying experience at Performance Toyota. The Avalon wouldn't reveal all its charms sitting there on a lot at Performance Toyota; unless, someone like Erica Gonzalez was there to guide you. I was 92% sure the Avalon was for me (previously owning a Camry gave me a wonderful experience with Toyota and Performance). Energy, Enthusiasm (higher than mine..in the beginning), thorough knowledge of all the intricate aspects of the technology, with the Avalon, are Erica's obvious qualifications. Erica has "skills". She initially sits you down for a discovery session (what your likes, preferences and where your hot buttons are), takes you on a nice test drive (that continues to inform thru an experience) AND...you are then on your way...to what You really want anyway (the car that fits you). The assumptive, pre-close is in progress by Erica. In other words, she gets you nodding little yes's (to all your requirements and specifications) through the entire process. You believe it's a resonable deal...closer to 98% sure. Erica comes-back with better than your expectations. And, it's not over yet. I come-back 3 days later to pick-up the car, settle/sign the paper work and Mike (the finance manager), nonchalantly, after choosing extended coverage packages/warranty (on all the Avalons complexities for a total of 8 yrs)...I see an APR rate about 3% LOWER on my financing. My wife and I went to look at the Prius line of cars. We decided we were not going to buy, only look . The sales consultant, Alex , was very out going and explained all the different models. We were expecting a lot of pressure to twist our arms to buy a car. After looking at the new cars he showed us a used certified car. This car had the best of both worlds, fully loaded and at a great price. After hearing the offer to buy my VW with 192,200 miles, it was hard to walk away without the new car. My only problem with the deal was there was only one remote key for the used car. Alex stepped up to the plate and offered us an additional key at no charge. These keys are very expensive. This probably came off the top of his profit margin so were not only impressed but very grateful for his professionalism. Needless to say we bought the car that evening. My wife and I highly recommend this dealership. We have been taking our other Prius to this dealership for a few years and received great service as well. More
