My husband Robert and I recently purchased our 2nd vehicle from Performance. With so many other dealerships out there, we were so happy with our first transaction with Performance there was never any vehicle from Performance. When we first walked up to the vehicle we were immediately greeted by Bob Miller who was very friendly and offered to help in any way he could. He even tried to track down the last salesperson we had but he was gone for the day. We were happy to work with Bob. He answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer he found out. He was even willing to sit on hold on the phone with a bank for an hour staying after closing time to get a payoff. My brand new Prius V is awesome and I am happy I picked it. I will definitely buy another Toyota but not from anyone but Bob! More

I leased my 2008 Toyota RAV4 in late Oct. 2008. My salesperson was Jack Lefkowith. He was very helpful back then, and I liked my RAV a lot. When I was notified that my lease 54-month was ending, I d salesperson was Jack Lefkowith. He was very helpful back then, and I liked my RAV a lot. When I was notified that my lease 54-month was ending, I decided to lease another car. Of course I went to see Jack Lefkowith. He took me on several test drives (Corolla, Camry, etc.) and gave me all the details for the models, leasing, term, mileage, prices. We also spoke about my buying my car, but at first that didn't seem like an option for me. After a lot of thought and encouragement from family members, I decided to buy my RAV4. My sons and husband said that a Toyota is a great car, so if I liked it, why not just buy it? Jack was fine with that decision, and provided so much information...36 mon, 48 mon, int. rates, with warranty, without warranty, cash price of the warranty, and a few other ideas. Jack was patient and helpful, he found financing for me, and he made it easy for me to purchase my red RAV. The facilities at Performance Toyota are new, welcoming, and beautiful...updated decor, friendly atmosphere...everybody said hello. I felt right at home at the dealership, and I was especially happy with Jack and how much he helped me. Overall, a very nice experience! More

Celine Johnson is a great sales representative to work with. I am in sales myself and she made me feel very comfortable and not rushed or pressured to BUY on the spot.
