Bob miller was very friendly, and he knew how to set up and explained the accessories. We compaired this vehicle to an Acura RDX and about the only difference was a little bit less gas mileage with the Ven and explained the accessories. My Hat is off the Kelly and the gentleman who took care of my 2011 Prius this morning. I was leaving for a trip down the turnpike when my tire warning light came on. I called the Performance Service Dept of my 2011 Prius this morning. I was leaving for a trip down the turnpike when my tire warning light came on. I called the Performance Service Dept. at 9 AM, spike to Kelly who told me to come right in and they would check it. I was back on the road by 9:20 AM and on my way down the turnpike. The problem was my fault but you would have never known it from the attention I received. Thanks to all and a special thanks to Kelly. More

What a pleasant buying experience! My salesman, Tommy Pennock, worked hard to get the price to where I could afford a new car.
