She really make the experience great. I shopped a lot for my financing and didn't think they'd even come close to my offer. Michael shopped around and got a better rate with less fees and was able to give me some gap insurance which gives me some additional peace of mind. I had to order the car due to the 2016's not being made when I began looking, told me 7-10 days for delivery and I was able to pick it up within the 7 days! This is the first time that I have been to Performance and was very pleased...I believe that I got a great price on the car, an OK price on my trade in, so overall very happy! Alexis was more knowledgeable that one could imagine a young female being about the total car...was very impressed when she was talking about torch and other engine terminology!
