I came to the dealership very frustrated with my 645i because of an ongoing problem. Angelo understood the situations and took care of it to my satisfaction. Danette has always provided excellent and friendly service. She is knowlegable, practical, forthcoming and always attentive to my needs. I purchased my present 330ci as a result of her reommendation, when my prior BMW was in for extensive service. She is in all ways a gem. Some of your other service personnel wld benefit from learning how she does things. Today, for example, the service department was in disarray until she "rescued" me from a rude and quite unhelpful service person. But for her intervention, I'd have departed for another provider. (-) The most recent event, Perillo guys called my insurance company, claim they need supplimentary repair to my car, then never reach me. My insurance sent the check to them, luckly they also sent a letter to me. Otherwise I never know those guys already got money. then I tried to call them, but can NEVER reach the guy! Now, it is almost a month after they got money! (-) In the past years, since this is the only BMW downtown dealer, I have to use it. a. No car wash sometime. b. Steal the money I put in the car (nearly always) c. Can not lend car, even when my car is a long service like 2 weeks. d. A couple of times, forget to put some PARTS BACK in the service! e. Once, I got the car with WARNING blinking in the car, said air bag isn't working after a "Car Window Service". The guy just drove the car to me, ignoring those big warning, and tell me "you are all set !" f. Another time, I got the car with 3 of 4 windows can not close!! I bought my car in a suburb BMW dealer, they really treat customer like god, and I really enjoyed the excellent service, but last 3 years in Perillo really like a bad dream! More
