We had very specific must haves in the new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon we were searching for. Gary and everyone at Perkins went well above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for. Gary was so thorough, maintained excellent communication throughout and really listened to what we were looking for. Our F&I rep, Bill, was extremely efficient and we were in and out of his office in less than 10 minutes. It had never been that smooth before! Thank you for a terrific buying experience. Horrible service and extremely overpriced I took my Renegade in for some warranty work on a piece of trim, diagnostics on a 4 wheel drive service light, a grinding sound coming from a rear bra I took my Renegade in for some warranty work on a piece of trim, diagnostics on a 4 wheel drive service light, a grinding sound coming from a rear brake, an oil change and a tire rotation. I scheduled an appointment to bring the vehicle in and the Service technician called me back the next day to confirm what I needed to have done. At this point I was informed that each of the diagnostics (trim piece, brakes and service light would be individual service charges of $135 plus the oil change and tire rotation. So approximately $550 just for them to change my oil, rotate my tires and look at my vehicle. I opted to only have the trim done due to knowing it was for sure covered under warranty. The day before my appointment I dropped the vehicle off, and when trying to get a hold of anyone to tell me what was going on with my car was met with the reply of "I'll get your information to your service technician". By 6:15pm that night I heard back from her about my vehicle. Now remember this...the service center closes at 5:30, so even if I had wanted to get my vehicle I was unable to due to the shop being closed. I was informed that my tires were bald, the trim was covered under warranty and that the part had been ordered for installation next day and I was also told the oil change was done. I asked the service rep to have the tech switch the tires front to back since it is a front wheel drive car. More tread = better traction control. She informed me that the tech didn't recommend it but that she would have the work performed next day. By 5:00 the next day I still had not heard from the service center so I decided to show up and get my car as I could not be without it the next day. At that point I was told that they couldn't accept cash only card, and that the tire rotation hadn't been done but that I could leave it another day if I wanted to. I told them no and went home. By far this is the most deplorable service I have ever received and I will never visit a Jeep dealer for work unless it is warranty. Go to your local shop at least they will be honest and not try to scalp you like Perkins. More

Amazing Experience I had been emailing Brittany, the internet specialist, about what I was looking for. She set up everything so they knew what cars we wanted to test drive. The internet price was lower than any other dealership in Colorado. It was nice their was no haggling. We came in at 7pm (they close at 830pm) and was taken care of like they just opened. Brittany had already started a folder for us so that Sean knew exactly what we were looking for. Their was no pressure, Sean gave us all the time and space we needed to talk and decide what vehicle was right for us. We were financed that night. Everyone stayed late even John the sales manager and Twaiian the finance person. Our deal was completed by 1130pm and I drove home with my new Jeep Sahara. Important note: they were more than fair in what they offered me for my trade in, and Twaiian worked with me to get me the payment I was looking for. They took the stress out of buying a new car. I Highly recommend if you are looking for a stress free, customer oriented, no pressure, FAIR car buying experience. More

Dishonest Sales Practices I have purchased 3 vehicles with Perkins, so I thought I'd check them out again. They had a truck I wanted. Made my offer, too low. OK no problem i un I have purchased 3 vehicles with Perkins, so I thought I'd check them out again. They had a truck I wanted. Made my offer, too low. OK no problem i understand part of the process. My final offer, the price of the truck with a tri-gold tonneau cover at cost installed. Sales Manager, Chad Boda, said no problem through our sales rep. He wrote 1,215 for the installed cover was the at cost price. Sounded a bit high, but ok. I find out later That's the price everybody gets, so that is how Chad does business. It's not about 6 to 800 dollars I could have saved, but the integrity of the business. I will be doing business with Colorado Springs Dodge from now on. To be fair, Ryan Ollis, my sales guy, did a great job and had me hooked on purchasing number 4. More
