Nevertheless, we found a Grand Cherokee that was priced perfectly for our budget and had to see it in person. Our sales consultant was Ryan Ollis. He was warm, inviting, and motivated. He made our experience seamless and worth our while. He was knowledgeable and confident in selling us our Grand Cherokee. Ryan showed great work ethic and willingness to work with us on the right amount of money to put down to get our payments where we wanted them. There was never a time where we felt pressured into making a decision whether right or wrong which is rare in the car dealership industry. While we were waiting for proof of insurance he struck up friendly conversation and showed us he was genuinely interested in who we were as people not just customers. Awful service We bought our truck BRAND NEW in December. As we were signing documents we were informed the check engine light was on but that they would include it We bought our truck BRAND NEW in December. As we were signing documents we were informed the check engine light was on but that they would include it in our contract to have it taken care of. However, the light would come on for a day or two, then turn off for a few days again. We were finally able to get into the dealership a few months later. They replaced the issued and we were told we would have no more issues. Less then a week later the light was back on. I scheduled and made an appointment. This is my only vehicle so I need a loaner, however the only time you can do a loan is the same day you drop off. They do not authorize a drop off the night before with getting a rental, which makes is extremely hard to get in during the week with the work. So we scheduled an appointment for the weekend. The light of course goes off again, and I call to confirm that they could still pull the code with the light off. I was informed no, and would be charged for the rental, so I cancelled the appointment until the light came on. Yesterday the light came back on, we scheduled an appointment online and advised that we would need a rental for Wednesday, as this is the only time we could do it. We then called to confirm the rental the day before and was told that they would not have a rental and we would need to reschedule. Which isn't an option as the light isn't guaranteed to stay on between now and the next time that we could do this. My husband is getting ready to deploy, and I work full time and its our only vehicle. The service department was unwilling to work with us to help to make this easier. I regret buying from this dealership and giving them my business. We have now scheduled with another dodge place, who advised us the code is the same code for the issue that Perkin's claims they replaced. I will never buy or bring another vehicle here. More

SO my husband and I drove in on Sat morning and Gary Hudson, big smile and all, approached us right away. Helped us find the car we were looking for, took it for a test drive and made us feel very comfortable. Great Service, I highly recommend him. I love my new car and would send anyone I know to see him. Worked with Bill Ward on the Finance portion, very straightforward and patient. Took the time to really explain different warranty options for us. Super helpful. More

Sadly we weren't expecting a much better experience when we walked in to this dealership either. I honestly must say we have not been more surprised at how customer oriented this dealership is. We came in with a vehicle in mind and literally within 30 minutes of being here we had a vehicle. It wasn't the one we came to see but our sales man worked and not only found us one but a brand new one with more bang for our buck. Also we were not only approved within 20 minutes but at a payment we never thought we would get! We have never had a salesman take the time to show us all the features of the vehicle, help pair our phones, show us the apps and actually go through everything with us with any vehicle we have ever bought. We didn't expect to be driving away in a 2018 truck when we first came in and doing so with no haggling. Very straight forward, about what we wanted, was amazing with us and super kid friendly as we have 5 of ours with us. Adolfo Lopez is the guy to ask for when you come in. Seriously we have been impressed and the experience has been above and beyond our expectations. More

Miscommunication Cleared up My daughter has a 2015 Jeep Patriot. It has been running poorly, jerking as she drives. Also, she had her tires serviced at Big O Tires recently and t My daughter has a 2015 Jeep Patriot. It has been running poorly, jerking as she drives. Also, she had her tires serviced at Big O Tires recently and they told her the rear struts were leaking. Since the car has a full, bumper to bumper warranty I told her to go ahead and take it to the nearest dealer. She did that today and Josh told her that she did not have a full warranty and that they would have to charge her an hourly diagnostic fee. She was unable to reach me so she trusted Josh and had them check for the above issues. When she was able to contact me, which was before they were done checking it, I confirmed that yes, we did have a full warranty. She was relieved to find out this would be covered. I called Josh and told him that if a service was not covered by the warranty and if the service would cost my daughter money then he was not authorized to perform the service. Later my daughter went to pick up the vehicle and was told there was a $150 diagnostic fee, contrary to my instructions. I called the on duty manager, Phillip, and got nowhere. A few days later we were contacted by Keri, who works in their customer service department. After explaining to her what had happened she checked into it and has arranged for the diagnostic fee to be refunded. She also asked that my daughter bring the vehicle back and ride with a technician in order to determine what is wrong with the vehicle. She advised that visit would not be charged, that they are committed to making sure customers are satisfied and that their vehicles are fixed properly. At this point, while we had a little bit of a bumpy road, everything seems to be straightened out, thanks to Keri. I am completely satisfied with Perkins Motors. More

This is the third mini van we have purchased over the years from the Perkins dealership. We began with Eddie Cortes and he was great at showing us the vehicles available at the time. Very personable, welcoming. We did not see the car we wanted but Eddie definitely made us feel like we wanted to come back. He followed up and called us when he had more vans in that he thought might be what we were looking for. Unfortunately the only day we could get back was Eddie's day off. My husband spoke to Kat on the phone and she was very encouraging about the vehicles that Eddie had suggested we come back and look at. We enjoyed working with Gary Hudson as well. He was very personable, took the extra time to explain features of the vehicle and how all functioned. Gary thought of many details we had not and helped make us feel good about our purchase. Randy Lucas made the financial process painless and very fast. Thanks again to you all! More
