Very Disappointed! I was at the dealership this morning because when they repaired the radiator some of the wires came loose for the left turning signal and a Halo set f I was at the dealership this morning because when they repaired the radiator some of the wires came loose for the left turning signal and a Halo set for the headlights. So, the left turn signal is not working now, and when the right turn signal is on the Halo light is blinking. Bottom line is my lights are not working as they should. The worst part of this experience is when individuals look at me as I was lying or not telling the truth. One thing that they need to understand (guys in the front and mechanics) is that on Tuesday when I took my vehicle there they did a courtesy inspection and checked all the lights in the vehicle and they were working. If they weren't, I am assuming the guy would have asked me if I wanted them fixed. I am very disappointed that after paying over 1000 plus dollars I must fix my light because the mechanic failed to put it back the way it was. This is the last time I have any mechanical work done there. More

First time with dealership We have been shopping for a vechiel for 2 months. We went to that Phil Long Ford Expo and OMG that was the worst experience we had. We new what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. Yet that sells man was not Listening. He was showing us 30 thousand dollar trucks. Hello, we didn't say anything about trucks. We were in the process of buying a vechiel when we were going on 3 hrs of being there he kept saying almost done almost done. Well I was done. So we walk out. 2 wks later we show up at Perkins. Well I wasn't feeling good about this, then we meet Steve I explain what I was looking for how much I wanted to spend. Then all of a sudden BAM. We were standing in front of a Dodge Nitro. I feel in love. See what happens when you listen. Can't thank Steve enough for the most wonderful experience we had with him and Perkins. Steve change my mind on buying threw dealerships. But don't worry I only will be buying from 1 and that's with Steve at Perkins. We are family now. Thank you so much Steve with you going way out of your way for us and showing us that we can have a awesome and stress free experience when making a major purchase. We miss you already. The service write told me when I dropped my car off that once parts got in (which would only take one day he said) that the repairs would only take a half a day to do. Three days went by and I did not receive a call. I called the service write that gave me his card and said he would look out for me never answered and if he did he had no clue of what was going on with my car he would say 'I think it's done its not in my shop let me call you right back'. Of course he never did and this was on a Saturday so they are closed on Sundays so I would have to wait til Monday which I did and called again all day to find out that it was his day off and no one else could help me. So I went to the dealership myself now being 6 days after I dropped it that was only suppose to be a day and a half project I talked to the service manager and he told me that the parts arrived the previous week and they just haven't had time to get it in. Now after hearing this I was pretty up set because when I called the week before they informed me that it was almost done. I not once received a call about what was going on with my car and no one knew for sure what was going on with my car all I got was it should be done by today 8 days later still have not received a call about what was going on with my car or when it would be done save yourself the hassle these guys are teribale I should of went somewhere else. More

He was very insightful and shared all the "bells and whistles" with this van and let us take it for a test ride. We did not feel overly pressured from him which I appreciate abd fell in love with the van. He went out of the way to make sure we knew all it offered and was even got us connected with our phones once we decided to buy. We were impressed with the whole staff, such as Bill Ward, that night and the overall experience. False advertising. Make sure you do your research, as my wife and I were more knowledgeable than the sales staff on the cars in the lot. They had SEVERAL models listed in adds as the premium model when with just one look my wife and I knew they were the base model. Are they listing them incorrectly at a low price to draw in customers or was it a mistake? Not sure but they were unwilling to even give us a break on the price after driving for an hour to the lot under false pretenses. The salesman even blamed us saying we should have known what the cars were worth. I own my own business, that's not how you treat potential clients. Glad I found out now before buying anything from them. More

They also worked with us when we needed to meet a certain payment amount and exceeded our expectations. Both Ryan and the Randy (financing) were rock stars. We left not feeling like we had been cheated but like they actually cared and wanted to get us into the best deal possible. My wife had, in the past, bad experiences with other dealerships treating her disrespectfully, but she felt very much respected and they listened to both of us and treated each of us fairly! More
