Service department Absolutely worthless service department. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle here. After 3 months of waiting for a part (that initially we were told would take two days) constant phone calls( frequently unreturned), and constant brush offs, today we were told a computer glitch gave our part to another vehicle and we now have to start over. BS! The only glitch is xxxx poor employees and half assed service. More

He was easy to talk to, listened to the features we were interested in & helped us make a decision. We were then sent to Bill Ward who capably walked us thru the paper work. Fast forward to 2018 when we desired to up grade, there was no question as to where we would go. Mike Ryan was again able to address our needs; back-up camera, leather seats, the ease of getting in among a few. We were able to purchase a Grand Cherokee Overland.
