Wonderful experience. I began this saga looking for a truck on the internet. Found it at Perkins on Carguru which was a big help in its own right. Talked with Kat, Monica, and Bryon, who were all very polite, professional and understanding. I arrived at Perkins and was met by Ron. He immediately asked to help and the process began. He took me under his wing, it is a high stress activity to buy a vehicle. Ron was very friendly and relaxed. Highly knowledgeable of the vehicles involved. At no point did I feel that I was being misled. We agreed on a price for the new truck, a price for the trade-in. Worked with Randy in finance. He had all the paperwork ready and took the time to explain what was what. Great job. And was ready to leave in a fairly short time. They fueled the new truck and I was on my way. Within 24 hours I received a follow up call from Ron. All the bases were covered in a reassuring manner. I would refer everyone to Perkins and contact Ron. Thanks man! More

While I did end up paying about $20 more a month than initially wanted that was my fault, negative equity, and Ron and Perkins got close enough. We went into the dealership with the info on the truck we wanted and they accommodated us without beating around the bush. This is the 3rd brand new vehicle we have purchased and love it!
