Wonderful experience. I began this saga looking for a truck on the internet. Found it at Perkins on Carguru which was a big help in its own right. He took me under his wing, it is a high stress activity to buy a vehicle. Ron was very friendly and relaxed. Highly knowledgeable of the vehicles involved. At no point did I feel that I was being misled. We agreed on a price for the new truck, a price for the trade-in. Worked with Randy in finance. He had all the paperwork ready and took the time to explain what was what. Great job. And was ready to leave in a fairly short time. They fueled the new truck and I was on my way. From the test drive to the final signing Ron kept me up to date (it is never a quick process) on where we were. While I did end up paying about $20 more a month than initially wanted that was my fault, negative equity, and Ron and Perkins got close enough. I will always come back to Perkins and will look for Ron B no question. More
