He did a marvelous job giving all the informa Last Saturday I purchased Toyota Tundra Crew Cab Limited from Perkins. Adolfo Lopez was our sales Rep. He did a marvelous job giving all the information upfront, and was polite and responsive when I negotiated the final price. What was different was it was all straight talk, no gimmicks. On bringing the vehicle home, I discovered the drivers side tail lamp damaged. I immediately texted him, and when I took the vehicle back on Monday, he just made the arrangements to replace the tail lamp cover wtih out any hesitation. Extremely disappointed Went to the dealer to trade my Ram 1500 for a 2500. After evaluating my trade they told me everything looked good except the 4 wheel drive wasn't work Went to the dealer to trade my Ram 1500 for a 2500. After evaluating my trade they told me everything looked good except the 4 wheel drive wasn't working. I was told they still wanted my trade, but for less money of course. The problem is my 4 wheel drive works perfectly fine and I knew this because I just used it the weekend before. I had to prove it worked to the dealer by having them put it on a lift to see all 4 wheels spin. In the process I was told by my sales consultant they had a customer drive my truck while it was being evaluated by the dealer with out my permission. I brought my concerns to the sales manager and he just gave me a blank stare and acted like the dealership did nothing wrong. He didn't even offer an apology. I am extremely disappointed by the actions and customer service of this dealer. More

Chrysler sucks Went to trade my 2016 Cummins for a 2017. Dealers Said it was only worth $39k on trade. I just bought it 10 months ago for $60k. I'll never buy a ram again, it rides like crap and is noisy. . I should have kept my duramax. It out pulled the ram. They do not stand behind there repeat customers or product. The latest ram recall is for catching on fire, I hope my ram burns to the ground so I can go buy a GM. More

I was so pleasantly surprised when working with Ron! He was really patient and I didn't feel pressured at all. He answered all of my questions and I really felt like me being happy was more important to him than just selling a car. I've had my car for two years now and I still smile every time I get in it.
