Walked in the door and was immediately asked if I needed help, stated that I was interested in a particular vehicle, viewed said vehicle, had to come back next morning (due to a personnel commitment) and purchased said vehicle. No fuss, muss, or xx. Laura Backes-Loughner was an absolute joy to work with. Absolutely no pressure and no rushing through the purchase process. Everything was on my schedule. When it came time for the "dreaded" finance guy and all those signatures and initials, Randy Lucas got me through it in less than 5 minutes, a personnel record for me! Again...no fuss, muss, or xx. Both Laura and Randy knew exactly what I needed and they got me there. Again, the best car buying experience I've ever had!! More

He walked me through all the options o I had a great experience with Perkins. I found a car on line at a great price, went in and delt with Mike Ryan. He walked me through all the options on the Jeep Cherokee. We went for a test ride and it was a blast to drive. Mike was very knowledgeable on the Jeeps and could answer all of my questions. He filled out all the paperwork and sent me back to see Don Dolata for the financing. He was very helpful telling me all the diffferent options that were offered (additional warranties, tinting). I didn't feal pressured to buy any of them like I have at other dealerships. He was great to work with. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience. I'll come back to Perkins for my next car. Very accommodating and knowledgeable I was brought in because of issues with my previous van. Brandon, the sales person, walked me through all of my options and was able to suggest which I was brought in because of issues with my previous van.
